The service
What Patrik Thinks lets you upload a chat export and receive AI-written reports about it. Reports are for entertainment. They are generated by AI and can misread context, miss information or get things wrong. They are not psychological, medical, legal or professional advice. Don't base important decisions on them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.
Your content
You must have the right to upload the chat: it should be a conversation you are part of, used for your own personal purposes. You are responsible for what you upload and for who you share report links with.
You keep all rights in your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
Not allowed
Uploading chats you obtained without permission, using reports to harass, threaten, expose or harm anyone, uploading content involving minors in a sexual context, or trying to break, overload or bypass the service.
Credits and payments
Full reports and follow-up questions use credits. You can buy a single report or a pack of credits; the price, including applicable tax, is shown before you pay. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles billing enquiries and returns. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and are non-transferable. Purchases are one-off — there is no subscription.
Promotional prices (for example a time-limited discount sent by email) apply only within the stated period and only to the report they were offered for.
If a report fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically. If a report is unreadable or unusable because of a major error, write to us within 14 days with the report link and we will review it for a refund. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
